Shipping
Processing time for orders is typically 3-5 business days for in-stock items. Please note for custom orders there is a 2-3 week production time. This time is not reflected in the estimated shipping time at checkout. If you need something sooner, send an email and we will do our best to accommodate your request!
Please make sure that the entered address is correct before submitting your order. You will receive a notification and tracking number once your order ships.
I am unable to guarantee shipping and arrival times on any package. USPS is able to help with most shipping inquiries but I’m happy to step in if you need an extra hand with tracking your shipment.
Returns
While we hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, we understand that life isn’t perfect. Returns for undamaged and opened items will be issued if submitted within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be received by the seller before your return is processed. Shipping is non-refundable. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Claims for wrong or damaged items must include a photo. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent.
All custom items are non-refundable.

All custom designs created by Chelsea Lytle Designs are owned by Chelsea Lytle Designs. This includes, but is not limited to pet portraits, crests, custom orders, illustrations and calligraphy.
Note that sole copyright to the associated artworks and prints are fully retained by the artist. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is in violation of U.S. copyright law. Purchase of an original painting or print DOES NOT transfer the copyrights. Chelsea Lytle Designs has the right to use any portion of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes.
